This Privacy Policy explains how Arkzari ("Arkzari," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit our website at arkzari.com (the "Site") or contact us. It applies only to this Site. Our products, such as GreenCrewly and MaidTempo, have their own privacy policies, which govern how those products handle information.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message. The form sends this information securely to our email inbox at [email protected] so we can reply to you. We also send an automatic confirmation to the email address you provide. The Site itself does not store form submissions in a database. If you email us directly, we receive the information included in your email.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit the Site, technical information is processed by our service providers so the Site can be delivered and protected. This may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit.
- Hosting and security. The Site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes request data (including IP addresses) to serve the Site, measure performance, and protect it against abuse and attacks.
- Fonts. The Site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the font, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
2. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used, for example which pages are visited and how fast they load. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not use local storage, and does not track you across other websites. It collects aggregated information such as the page visited, referring site, browser and device type, country, and page load performance.
3. How we use information
- To respond to your messages and questions about Arkzari and our products.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form.
- To deliver, maintain, and secure the Site, and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Site and our email, such as Cloudflare (hosting, security, website analytics, and processing contact form submissions), Resend (delivering contact form messages and confirmation emails), Google Fonts (typography), and Google Workspace (email), under their own terms and privacy policies.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Arkzari, our users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communications, and then delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them longer to meet legal obligations. Technical data processed by our service providers is retained according to their own policies.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including certain U.S. states and Canada, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to know how it is used. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
7. Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we use reputable service providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.
10. Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, such as greencrewly.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
